Town Council Minutes & Publilc Hearing July 24, 2015
After due notice to the press, Mayor and Town Council met in the Conference Room of Town Hall. Bruce Kalley and Denise Jackson were absent by prior notice.
A resolution approving a sewer agreement with Anderson County; and matters related thereto:
Scott Ward made a motion to approve the Resolution. Sandra Gantt seconded. Unanimous.
Adjournment:
There being no further business, at 12:10 pm, Sandra Gantt made a motion to adjourn. Scott Ward seconded. Unanimous.
Town Council Minutes & Public Hearing July 6, 2015
After due notice to the press, Mayor and Town Council met in the Council Chambers of Town Hall. Mayor and all Council were present.
Pledge of Allegiance: Mayor Crenshaw led everyone in the Pledge.
Public hearing to receive public input regarding major revisions to the planned development known as “The Falls at Meehan located on South Mechanic Street”. Mayor Crenshaw opened the Public Hearing for public comments. Scott Ward asked if we would hear from the Developers.
The Developers and their representatives presented the proposed plans for the revisions to the development.
Town Council Minutes Called Meeting June 15, 2015
After due notice to the press, Mayor and Town Council met in the Council Chambers of Town Hall. Mayor and all Council were present. Recommendation from the Pendleton Planning Commission regarding an amendment to the Falls at Meehan planned development: Scott ward asked what their next steps would be. Would they go back before the Planning Commission or just the Town Planner? Steve Miller, Town Administrator, stated they would go back before both. The developers will work with the Town Planner and then meet with the Planning Commission.

After due notice to the press, Mayor and Town Council met in the Council Chambers of Town Hall. Mayor and all Council were present. Pledge of Allegiance: Mayor Crenshaw led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Public Hearing – Budget FY 2015/2016: There were no Public Comments and Mayor Crenshaw closed the budget Public Hearing. Council Updates: Mayor Crenshaw stated Fox News would be broadcasting from the Town Square in the morning beginning at 5 AM to promote the Town’s Birthday Party that will be held this coming Saturday.

After due notice to the press, Mayor and Town Council met in the Council Chambers of Town Hall. Mayor and all Council were present. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Crenshaw led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Council Updates Mayor Crenshaw stated he will be meeting with Clemson Area Transit Bus System tomorrow to discuss the future of C.A.T.S in Pendleton. After due notice to the press, Mayor and Town Council met in the Conference Room of Town Hall. Work Session to discuss the Town of Pendleton’s 2015/2016 Budget: Mayor and Town Council met with Department Heads to discuss the town’s budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015. After due notice to the press, Mayor and Town Council met in the Gymnasium at Pendleton Elementary School. Mayor and all Council were present. Public Safety “Town Hall” Meeting – Presentation of Public Safety Survey Results: Sonya Crandall, Town Intern, and Dr. Catherine Mobley, Clemson University, present everyone in attendance with results of the Public Safety survey.
