It appears customers paying their utility bill online may be using a third party, by the name of Doxo, to process their Town of Pendleton utility payments. The Town of Pendleton does not use this company to process online payments through the Town’s website. When paying your Town of Pendleton utility bill online, please be sure you are accessing the payment site through the Town’s website at www.townofpendleton.org showing our payment provider as MyGovHub. The Town of Pendleton only charges a $1 fee to process payments while this third party is charging customers a $3.99 fee. Please call Town Hall at 864-646-9409 with any questions. Thank you!
