The Pendleton Municipal Facilities Corporation was established in 2024 as part of the Town’s Tax Increment Financing (TIF) initiative. This body plays a critical role in financing improvements within the Village Hills Mobile Home Park TIF District by issuing bonds that support infrastructure and development projects. The corporation is responsible for facilitating the sale of these bonds to help fund necessary enhancements and promote growth in the designated area as directed by the Pendleton Town Council.
